OXYGEN Feedback
In-app help is the bottom-right chat; Settings → Support opens it. Retry only reconnects it.
- Obtain consent; otherwise diagnose with
oxygen-diagnostics. - List open Threads; continue the same issue with
oxygen support chat <thread-id> --message .... Plain does not auto-dedupe.
- Draft expected/actual, impact, reproduction, IDs, version, and environment.
Exclude secrets and unrelated data.
- Show the message/category. Use
feedbackor title-freesupport chat, then
return the Thread ID/link. Reserve support file --subject ... for diagnostic metadata.
On plainheadlessportal_unavailable, report the Thread ref; never refile. Use in-app Chat or email [email protected] with the ref for reconciliation.
Never promise a fix date or message another customer.
