OXYGEN Deliverability

Start read-only. Deliverability evidence can justify a recommendation, but advisory placement noise must never trigger an automatic sender mutation.

Triage loop

1. Search the capability and hydrate the exact deliverability, mailboxes, senders, egress, or sequences command.
2. Roll up the sending fleet worst-first: paused/blocked state, bounce evidence, authentication, warmup, provider health, recent send volume, and Sequence attachment.
3. Inspect the mailbox and relevant run/event timeline before attributing a cause.
4. Run a directional placement test only when it will change a decision. Show the live preview and current cost; obtain approval before the provider call.
5. Weigh evidence: OXYGEN bounce auto-pause and authenticated provider telemetry outrank a single seed-test result.
6. Recommend pause, rotate, reduce caps, repair DNS/auth, or continue observing.
7. Apply any mailbox/sender/Sequence mutation only after explicit approval and return the affected deep-links.

Boundaries

• Placement is directional, not a guarantee of inbox placement.
• Warmup is a health filter, not proof that production volume is safe.
• Never resume a bounce-paused mailbox merely because an external test looks healthy.
• Never run bulk placement tests “just to check”; use a bounded representative scope.
• Sequence pacing and sender binding remain Sequence controls.
