OXYGEN Agency Directory

  1. Verify host/org: oxygen=prod; oxygen-dev=pinned dev. Never use chat tokens.
  2. Default to self-service. For authorized staff work on a named org, read [staff-curation.md](staff-curation.md); never join/impersonate it.
  3. Read; hydrate; preview; write; re-read. Publish needs tagline + description + one contact method; published edits go live. Use sourced facts/live enums.
  4. Publish/unpublish only when explicitly requested now.
  5. Return the draft settingsurl or published publicurl.
