触发方式
当用户说类似以下内容时触发：
- "我想写一篇关于 XX 的文章"
- "帮我整理一下我的想法"
- "我有一些零散的思考，帮我记下来"
- "/thought-mining" 或 "/思维挖掘"
流程概览

调度规则
如何判断当前阶段：
- 进入阶段1 — 用户刚开始，还没有洞察文件
- 进入阶段2 — 用户说"差不多了"或洞察数量达到15-20个
- 进入阶段3 — 用户确认"这个方向对，可以写"
- 进入阶段4 — 用户确认"逻辑没问题，可以开始写"
- 进入阶段5 — 用户说"差不多定稿了"
每个阶段开始时：
- 告诉用户当前在哪个阶段
- 读取对应的阶段文件，按照里面的步骤执行

- 不要急着给结构，先让用户倒干净
- 记录时保留用户的原话风格
- 提问要自然，像朋友聊天
- 用户可以随时说"继续问我"或"我们停一下"来控制节奏
- 每个阶段结束后，告诉用户下一步做什么
