目的

プロジェクトの実行・監視・コントロールの方法を定義するマスタープランを作成する。

トリガー語

  • 「PM計画書を作成」
  • 「プロジェクト計画を作る」
  • 「マネジメント計画を策定」

手順

Step 1: プロジェクト憲章の確認

  • 既存の場合は読み込み
  • 未作成の場合は project-charter Skillを提案

Step 2: 各補助計画の統合

  • スコープ/スケジュール/コスト/品質/リスク等

Step 3: PM計画書の生成

  • 統合マネジメント計画として整理

Step 4: 保存

  • workspace/{ProjectName}/docs/PMPlan.md に保存
