xlmakeの機能追加、更新時にマニュアルを修正する。対象のマニュアルは下記に存在する。

@docs/spec/all-specs-index.md 全機能のマニュアルへのインデックス

./website配下は日本語と英語のドキュメンt両方を更新してください。

マニュアルの該当箇所を特定する
変更内容に基づき、影響範囲を調査する

- マニュアルの対象ページのリストアップ（日本語、英語 etc） - @website/docs, @website/i18n - マニュアルに対応するインデックスファイルの修正有無（@docs/spec/all-specs.md） - README.md - 結合テスト(./tests)

実装計画を作成する（または、今作成中の実装計画に追加する）
承認を得た後修正する
