What I do

Initialize a new OpenSpec workspace in the current directory, creating the necessary directory structure and configuration files.

When to use me

When the user wants to set up OpenSpec in a new or existing project.

Workflow

  1. Verify the directory doesn't already have OpenSpec initialized
  2. Call openspec_init tool
  3. Report success and next steps

Example

User: "initialize openspec in this project" → Call openspec_init → Confirm workspace is ready
