Decision Workflow
- Frame → Define decision, constraints, timeline

Priority Classification

Anti-Patterns (Avoid)
- Deciding without defined constraints
- More than 4 options (decision paralysis)
- Weighting all criteria equally
- No explicit success metrics
- "Let's discuss more" without deadline
