Configuration

API keys are stored in the unified ~/.autsciwrite/.env (auto-created on first use). Non-secret settings (school, outputdir, proxy) are in ~/.autsci_write/sci-download/config.json.

Edit ~/.autsciwrite/.env directly or use the config helper:
