Apply when explicitly asked to probe, stress, fuzz, or chaos-test a product, feature, or PR for unreported bugs, including preparing a source-grounded handoff when the runtime is unavailable. Do not apply to ordinary static review or investigation of a known defect unless the request also asks for exploratory runtime probing. Two passes: a closed probe taxonomy, then a promotion gate that keeps only caller-reachable findings.
