Workflow

  1. Generate prompt:

python3 bin/loop-factory backprop --agent claude

  1. Read factory/prompts/backprop.claude.md.
  2. Update only specs/docs made stale by actual code changes.
  3. Add TODO/open question when implementation exposed missing decision.
  4. Keep archived specs unchanged unless asked.

Rules

  • Preserve intent.
  • Do not invent requirements.
  • Keep edits minimal and evidence-linked.
