/m-scan — Scan Codebase

Traverse all CSS/HTML/JSX files. Extract:\n1. Every font-family declaration\n2. Every color value (hex, rgb, hsl)\n3. Every spacing value (padding, margin, gap)\n4. Every font-size (compute type scale ratio)\n5. Layout patterns (grid, flex, positioning)\n6. Motion declarations (transitions, animations)\n7. Accessibility features (focus, aria, semantic)\n8. CSS variable adoption rate\n\nCompute 8-axis DNA scores. Write .meridian.json. Generate DNA hash.
