Parse every CSS declaration and HTML element. Check against all 8 axes. Produce a detailed report grouped by severity:\n\nCritical: Anti-pattern violations, contrast failures, missing focus styles\nWarning: Off-grid spacing, inconsistent type scale, missing breakpoints\nInfo: Opportunities for tokens, animation suggestions, semantic HTML improvements\n\nEvery finding includes: axis, file, line, current value, recommended fix, score impact.
