元典检索机制感知型法律研究中间层。本技能应在需要查询中国法律法规或案例，或用户提供案件事实、争议焦点、既有法律分析报告并要求制定检索策略、查找正反类案、生成可追溯检索报告时使用；先做轻量案件研判与查询矩阵，再按向量、关键词和结构化字段调用元典 API 或 MCP。不要用于替代完整证据审查、诉讼方案或正式法律意见。
